Grape Salad


Grape salad??? Sounds like a strange dish, but it's really good! So refreshing and perfect for a summer BBQ!


Grape Salad
-from Our Recipe Club-


2 lbs. green grapes
2 lbs. red grapes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Wash and dry grapes. Arrange in a bowl and stir until colors are evenly mixed.

In an other bowl, with an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar & vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fold into grapes. Refrigerate overnight or until chilled.

In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar & pecans. Transfer grapes to a serving dish and sprinkle with sugar and nuts. Return to fridge until ready to serve. Serve chilled.
