Easy Tri Tip Roast and Gravy

I realize that almost everyone has their favorite roast recipe. This just happens to be ours. It literally takes 2 minutes to prepare, and you don't even have to worry about thickening the gravy at the end. There's nothing better than coming home from church and having the main course of Sunday dinner ready to go!


Easy Tri-Tip Roast and Gravy

1 Tri-Tip roast, any size
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

In the crockpot, mix soups and sauce. Add roast and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until meat is tender.

Remove roast from crockpot and slice. Serve with the remaining gravy...It will be perfect already-- No need to add water and cornstarch!
