Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Oh my! This stuff is PURE HEAVEN! I had it at a BBQ last week and was asking for the recipe before I had even finished chewing my first bite! The best part is that I didn't even have to write the recipe down-- Only 5 measly ingredients!

We are on a diet in this house, so we've been "banking" up our calories during the day so we can have this lovely treat at night. Is that legal? ;-) When I made it this week, I made all the possible low-cal alterations I could think of, and it was still so yummy. Not quite as decadent, but I'm already dying to make it again.

Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

With a mixer, beat until fluffy:

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (reduced fat is okay)
1 cup Powdered Sugar

Add, the following, and blend until smooth:

1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding (I used fat free, sugar-free)
1 cup milk (I used F.F.)

Gently fold in:

1 container cool whip (I used fat free)

Serve with various fruits. Our favorites include: raspberries, mango (YUM), bananas, strawberries, apples, blueberries and kiwi. Okay...I guess it's really amazing with ANY fruit you choose! You might be caught licking the bowl!

Is it okay if I just call this "dinner?"
