1 pkg. (8oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz sour cream
2 cups crushed corn chips
1 pkg. (1.25 oz) taco seasoning
½ cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Arrange crescent rolls in ungreased 10 inch pie plate. Press evenly to form crust. Bake for 12-15 min. Brown and drain meat. Stir in seasoning mux and water. Simmer for 5 minutes and stir in sour cream. Pour meat mixture into baked pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed chips. Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese has melted. Serve with salsa, lettuce, and avocado slices if desired.
