Swiss Cheese Fondue

Swiss Cheese Fondue

Melt in frying pan: 3 T. butter

Stir in:
3 Tbs. flour, 1 tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper, ¼ tsp. garlic salt, and dash of nutmeg.
Scald and add gradually: 3 c. milk
Cook until smooth and thickened. Lower heat and add:
1 lb. grated Swiss cheese in 5 portions, waiting until melted between portions. Add and lower heat: 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce.
Serve with chunks of French bread and broccoli.

**Cut recipe in 1/3 to serve 2.
