Strawberry Blintzes

Strawberry Blintzes

2 blocks cream cheese
1 ¼ c. sour cream
2/3 c. sugar
Whipped cream

To make filling, whip together cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Fill each cooled crepe with 3 T. filling. Fold sides in and place in buttered pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Serve topped with sliced, sweetened strawberries and a touch of whipped cream.
