Spinach Salad with Apples

Spinach Salad with Apples

½ c. slivered almonds
2 T. splenda w/ 1 t. water

Place almonds, sugar, and water in pan. Stir constantly till coated and brown. Set on way paper. Cool and break apart.

6 oz. baby spinach
2 heads Romaine lettuce, cut
3 apples, cubed

Dressing:
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. rice vinegar
4 T. splenda
¼ tsp. salt
pepper

Blend salad mixture with dressing and top with almonds.
