Sausage Breakfast Casserole

We love this super easy egg casserole! It's quick to prepare and always pleases a hungry crowd.

Sausage Breakfast Casserole

15 pieces white bread, crust removed
¾ pound cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. cooked sausage or bacon

Place bread in greased 9 X 13 pan, overlapping the pieces. Sprinkle cheese onto bread and place meat on top of cheese. Beat the following together and pour in pan:

8 eggs
2 tsp. Lawry’s season salt
4 c. milk
½ tsp. dry mustard

Place in refrigerator overnight (or all day). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
