Salsa

This is one of my all-time favorite salsa recipes. The sugar adds a unique kick...You can't go wrong with it!

Salsa

1 14-oz. can stewed tomatoes (Mexican recipe)
6 chopped fresh tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 bag Lawrey’s salsa seasoning
2 5 ½-oz. cans Spicy Hot V8 juice
1/3 c. cilantro, chopped
Salt, pepper, and sugar to taste

Blend canned tomatoes and Lawrey’s seasoning in blender. Add all other ingredients and blend. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
