Pumpkin Pie Cake

This is a delicious dessert. I LOVE the flavor of the yellow cake that shines through. It's perfect for Fall!
Pumpkin Pie Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. The recipe is divided into 3 different parts.

Crust:

1 box yellow cake mix (save 1 cup of the mix for the topping)
1 egg
½ c. melted butter

Mix together and press into 9x13 pan.

Pumpkin Filling:
1 can (29 oz.) pumpkin pie filling
2/3 c. evaporated milk
½ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs

Mix together and pour over the crust.

Topping:
1 cup of yellow cake mix (which was saved from the crust)
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ cup sugar
2 T. melted butter

Mix together and crumble over filling. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
