Penny’s Christmas Fudge

Our good friend Penny makes this every Christmas! It is the best fudge in the world!
Penny’s Christmas Fudge

Combine in bowl:
3 c. semisweet Nestle chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts (optional)
In pot combine:
1 can evaporated milk
4 ½ c. sugar

Boil. Then stir constantly 10 minutes on low heat. Combine mixtures. Stir well and pour into pan. Let sit overnight. Cut into pieces and refrigerate.
