Parmesan Knots

I always make these to serve with pasta dishes. People never can believe how easy they are!

Parmesan Knots
-Alyssa Griffeth-

1 stick butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (The Parmesan in the can...not fresh.)
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
dash pepper
3 cans (12 oz. each) refrigerated Pillsbury breadsticks

In a small bowl, combine oil, cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder and pepper; set aside.
Separate breadsticks and tie each one in a loose knot. Place on greased baking sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown; immediately brush with the Parmesan mixture. (Refrigerate leftover mixture.)

Serve immediately while HOT.
