Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies


Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

¾ c. white sugar
¾ c. brown sugar
½ c. butter, softened
½ c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ c. flour
3 c. rolled oats (not instant, if possible)
2 c. butterscotch chips


Combine sugars and butters. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and fold in butterscotch chips.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan.
