Mexican Bubble Pizza

Mexican Bubble Pizza


1 ½ lbs. ground beef
¾ cup water
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
8 oz. sour cream
1 (1.25 oz) pkg. taco seasoning
1 can buttermilk biscuits
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 (2 ¼ oz) can sliced olives
3 sliced green onions (optional)

Heat oven to 375. Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning, water and soup. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add biscuit pieces to meat mixture and gently stir. Spoon mixture into 9X13 pan. Bake for 18-23 min. Remove and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Top with remaining ingredients.
