Macaroon Fruit Dip

This makes a beautiful presentation, since you serve it in a hollowed pineapple half.
Macaroon Fruit Dip

1 pint sour cream
¼ c. sugar
10 macaroons
1 pineapple

Beat sugar and sour cream until smooth. Let set several hours. Just before serving, add finely crushed cookies. Put in hollowed-out pineapple and serve with fresh fruit.
