Lickity-Split French Toast

I love that you can prep this ahead of time. And the cream cheese makes it divine!

Lickity-Split French Toast

8 slices white bread, cubed (with crusts)
2 blocks cream cheese, cut into small cubes
12 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. maple syrup

In a 9x13 pan, layer cubed bread. Top with cream cheese pieces. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. In morning, bake for 45-60 minutes at 375 degrees. (Cover with foil for first 30 minutes.)
