Italian Pound Cake
1 Yellow Cake Mix
½ c. of water
½ c. sugar
¾ c. oil
1 c. sour cream (I use low fat)
1 sm. vanilla pudding mix (the cook and serve kind)
1 pkg. white chocolate chips
Mix everything together except the white chocolate chips. Fold in the chips. Grease and flour bundt pan REALLY well to prevent sticking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until done in center. Cool for 15 minutes and remove from pan.
Serve with sliced strawberries and fresh whipped cream.
