Honey Nut Chicken Sticks

These are like gourmet chicken fingers! I love the seasonings in them. They are so so good on a hot summer night with a glass of lemonade!

Honey Nut Chicken Sticks

1 ½ - 2 lbs. chicken tenders, cleaned

In food processor, combiue:

2 c. General Mills Honey Nut Clusters Cereal
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1 T. McCormick’s montreal grill seasoning
1 T. poultry seasoning (w/ sage and thyme)
1 T. paprika
¼ c. vegetable oil

Make 3 breading dishes:

#1: 1 c. flour
#2: 3 eggs, mixed with a little milk
#3: breading mix from above

Dip chicken into each dish and place on a foil covered jelly roll pan. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Serve with dipping sauces: ranch, BBQ sauce, ketchup, etc.
