Honey Mustard Chicken

Honey Mustard Chicken


2 ½ lbs. chicken
3 T. butter
½ c. honey
¼ c. mustard
1 t. salt
½ tsp. curry powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and dry chicken. Melt butter in bowl and add honey, mustard, salt and curry. Mix well. Dip chicken to coat and place in pan. Pour remaining sauce over chicken and bake for one hour or until chicken is tender and glazed.
