Homemade Gatorade

Homemade Gatorade
-BYU Racquetball Teacher-

5/8 c. sugar
¾ tsp. salt
1 pkg. koolade mix, any flavor
2 quarts water

Mix together, chill, and serve.

Note: The sodium and potassium are electrolytes that are lost in sweat and aid in proper muscle function. The carbohydrates help maintain blood glucose levels and help delay fatigue in exercise over 60 minutes.
