Hard-Boiled Eggs

I know it may seem silly to have a recipe for hard boiled eggs, but if you follow it, you will have the PERFECT, fluffy, yellow eggs every time. No more overcooked, dry eggs.

Hard-Boiled Eggs

Lay eggs in pot. Cover with water (1 inch above eggs). Bring just to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 17 minutes. Set in sink and flush with cold water and ice cubes. Chill 5 minutes.
