Grandma’s Famous Scones

Prepare “Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix” (comes in a box by the bread-maker mixes) or frozen bread dough, and let rise 30-40 minutes. Roll out and cut into little squares. Fry on medium heat in vegetable oil (about an inch thick in pan). Serve with butter, a variety of homemade jams, and powdered sugar.
