Easy Pie Crust


Easy Pie Crust
2 ½ c. + ½ c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ c. shortening
¾ c. water

M ix 2 ½ c. flour, shortening, and salt until the consistency of putty. Add ½ c. more flour. Chill for 1 hour. Roll out on floured board.
