Chili Relleno Casserole

Chili Relleno Casserole


1 pint cottage cheese
1 lb. jack cheese
½ cup melted butter
10 eggs
½ cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. can chopped green chilies

Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients and pour into a 12 x 8 inch greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes and then 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This can be served with other Mexican dishes as a main dish or cut into smaller squares as an appetizer.
