Chicken Cordon Blue


Chicken Cordon Blue

6 Chicken breasts
6 slices of ham
6 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 c. crushed croutons
½ c. flour
1 egg, beaten
¼ c. parmesan cheese

Pound chicken in between 2 pieces of wax paper. Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then croutons mixed with parmesan. Brown in frying pan with a little bit of oil. Place in 9x13 pan. Put a slice of ham and cheese on each. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
