Barbeque Crockpot Ribs

2-3 lbs pork ribs
1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Vidalia Onion BBQ sauce
1 bottle Hickory or Original BBQ sauce
½ c. – 1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, sliced in large chunks

Sear ribs by broiling in foil-covered pan to remove excess fat. Broil for 3-5 minutes on each side, until browned. Drain fat, then, place ribs in crockpot. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over top. Cook in crockpot on low for 4-6 hours. Remove onion and serve.
