Angel Hair Carbonara

Angel Hair Carbonara


2 cloves of garlic, minced
2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. white vinegar
2 T fresh chopped parsley
6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
1 pound angel hair pasta
kosher salt

Start boiling the water for the pasta. Meanwhile in a large saucepan cook garlic in olive oil. When done remove from heat and add the vinegar. Cook pasta according to package directions. ( Prepare your vegetables. Steam artichokes, sautéed mushrooms, diced tomato’s. Whatever you want. It’s also great with grilled sliced chicken. ) When your pasta is done. Drain it and throw it in the large saucepan with the garlic and vinegar. Toss. Add the whipping cream, parsley and parmesan cheese. Stir it really well. Add the veggies to the pan and stir more. Serve immediately.
